Master Plan

Eberlin and Eberlin was asked to design an overall master plan for a private residence in Somers, New York. The master plan includes an in ground pool with bluestone patio, new informal walkways to experience the entire 2.3 acre site, a secret garden with outdoor fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with new pergola, a walled cottage garden, vegetable gardens, a combination of manicured lawn and informal meadows to define the site as well as new property wide landscaping. This master plan respects the existing topography, significant trees, adjacent woods and wetlands, and existing stone walls along the property lines while expanding use of the entire site.
