Master Plan

Eberlin and Eberlin was asked to design an overall master plan for a private residence in Larchmont, New York. The master plan includes new fieldstone retaining walls, new fieldstone piers and plantings to create a positive street presence, new walkways and steps to connect the entire site, the incorporation of a play area, and new property wide landscaping. The master plan gives definition to this small quarter acre lot by creating a series of outdoor rooms. Previously underutilized areas were incorporated into the design to allow for the best use of the space.
