Master Plan

Eberlin and Eberlin was asked to design an overall master plan for a private residence in Armonk, New York. The master plan includes an in ground pool with bluestone patio, a tennis court, an entry drive courtyard, a series of formal gardens and lawn areas including fountains and sculptures, new fieldstone walls and bluestone walkways to define the different uses on the 7.8 acre site, as well as new property wide landscaping. This master plan was designed to respect and reflect the existing castle on site and to create an overall grand estate.
